Any access or use of RockPaperRobot (RPR) or www.rockpaperrobot.com signifies your consent to the following Terms of Service (“Terms,” “Terms and Conditions”). Prior to taking any legal or action otherwise, please contact us at RPR to notify us of the nature of the query. RPR will not accept any returns delivered to us without written communication and agreement prior to your return to us.
All content on the site www.rockpaperrobot.com (“Website,” “website”) is the sole property of RockPaperRobot Inc. (“RPR”) and their respective owners. International copyright and intellectual property laws protect all images, graphics, and copy displayed on www.rockpaperrobot.com. You may not copy, transfer, reproduce, retransmit, or modify any portion of the site www.rockpaperrobot without the express written permission of RPR.
Payments and Charges
We accept major credit cards (American Express, Visa, and MasterCard) and PayPal as payment. **Please note: Registration with PayPal is NOT required.** Orders delivered in the U.S. are subject to state and/or local sales tax where applicable. All orders from Canada are subject to GST/HST rates. RockPaperRobot reserves the right to amend prices on the site at any time. From time to time, despite our endeavor to maintain accurate and correct pricing on the website, there may be mistake(s). If there is a mistake, you will be notified via email before the product(s) are dispatched to you. Shipping charges are not included in the price of the product. Shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order and taxes on shipping in accordance with state policies.
Our standard shipping rates include curbside delivery to the 48 contiguous states and select provinces in Canada. Should your item be in stock, RPR will process your online order within 48-72 hours of receiving your request on weekdays. Occasionally items may be oversold. All pre-order and backorder items will ship as they become available to us and therefore items ordered together might not be shipped together. We will contact you in the event changes in your order are needed to proceed with your shipment. When an order is placed on www.rockpaperrobot.com, you will receive an email confirming the order and the billing details of the order once payment is confirmed. The order acceptance will be when the funds have been received and the product/s have been dispatched to you. In some cases when items of heavy weight or irregular size are ordered, additional shipping charges may apply. In these cases, customers will be notified via email and asked to pay additional shipping and handling charges.
Your shipping options and cost will be outlined at checkout. You may track your order after your order has shipped. Upon shipping you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.
If you cannot accept delivery for an extended period of time after your order has shipped, you will be charged a fee of $35 per day to store your order. We can delay shipping your order, however, to avoid storage charges. Please let us know at the time you place your order if you are unable to accept immediate delivery.
Delivery to Remote Areas
We try our best to get all orders delivered in a timely manner. Should you live in a remote area, there may be delays. Let us know in advance if you live in a challenging delivery location and we will work with you to come up with a solution.
When ordering goods from RPR for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. RPR is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and RPR cannot predict the value of these charges. For additional information on custom/duties policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.
